A tribute to mummy and daddy

U know though these few days ive been a wee bit less active .. but during this time.. ive read a book called For One More Day by Mitch Albom.. hes a really good author, his style of writing really touches ure heart and gets u all fuzzy wuzzy and also my housemate Tony also passed me one japanese drama called '14 sai no haha' and its about this 14 yr old girl tat got pregnant and how she is shunned by society which leads me to think.. why isit ok for sex b4 marraige but not the by product of it.. interesting tot huh..

But anyway.. the thing these 2 have in common is mama's unconditional love for us.. in For One More Day .. he writes about this guy tat was given a chance to see his long dead mum .. and how he was too proud to see that all that his mother has done for him when she was still alive.. and when it came to the times his mother stood up for him and the times he did not stand up for his mum... he loss by a landslide.

14 sai no haha on the other hand is also about mummies.. although the girl got pregnant.. she didnt want an abortion although everyone .. even her lover told her to do it.. actually she almost had an abortion.. till her mum told her how much she loved her and cared for her even though she did wrong things or digraced her, which led her to think that she cared for the unborn baby just as much her mother cared for her~ this show really made me tear.. not cry ... just tear.. its really really touching how she fites thru all odds to bring the baby to the world. in short go watch

It just so happens that Marilyn's mum is in town too~ and shes kewl man.. lolz she treated us to dinner last sunday and also prepared steamboat for us on thursday! i tink its a motherly instinct to suddenly treat ppl nicely and give them goodies haha.. but hey im not complaining.. she really knows how to take care of ppl man.. she kinda fed me till i was almost gonna explode, haha a really kewl mum and shes got a fun side too haha..

then i tot to myself.. have i been a good son to my parents.. have i done them proud or have i let them down and i realised .. i have parents just like the ones in the book and in the show.. no matter how much wrong i do.. i will be forgiven and loved..

So Mum, Dad, if ure reading this out there.. i thank u for all the things that u have done for me, i thank god that im blessed with 2 wonderful parents, no money in the world is enuff to repay wat u have done for me, im proud to have u 2 as my parents and from the bottom of my heart... i love u 2 just as much if not more~!

So for everyone out there.. go get a copy of the book or watch the show.. its inspiring and it also teaches u how to be a good parent when the time comes too. hahaha till next time.. Sean out..
